Purpose: The drive of this study is to explore the serial mediation role procedural justice (PJ) and organizational conflict management (OCM) between servant leadership (SL) innovative work behavior (IWB). Theoretical framework: Previous studies have proved that there a positive relationship SL & PJ, OCM SL, PJ IWB, IWB.
